• Pay the Processing Fee of Rs 15,000.00 + GST
• After Successful application, team will process the form.
• Center will be Inspected and Verified as per data submitted.
• Once Approval letter is sanctioned, submit the Empanelment fee of Rs 35,000.00 + GST & Empanelment Letter will be issued.
